Graxylonghepai provides personal styling consultation services. As these are professional services rendered at the time of consultation, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for consultation services.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More Than 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge.
24-48 Hours Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 to 48 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund or may reschedule with a 50% credit applied to the rescheduled appointment.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. You may reschedule by paying the full consultation fee again.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please contact us at support@graxylonghepai.world to initiate a refund request.
4. Rescheduling
We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your preferred alternative date and time.
5. Service Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality styling consultation services. If you have concerns about your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a partial refund or additional consultation time at our discretion.
6. Documentation and Materials
Consultation documentation, including written assessments, visual references, and styling recommendations, are provided as part of the consultation service. These materials are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, regardless of satisfaction level.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. In such cases, full refunds will be provided or appointments will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide at least 24 hours notice when possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

10. Payment Methods and Processing
We accept various payment methods for consultation services, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is typically required at the time of booking or at the beginning of the consultation session.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
11. Consultation Packages and Bundles
If you have purchased a consultation package or bundle of services, cancellation and refund policies apply to the entire package. Partial refunds for unused portions of packages may be available at our discretion, subject to the terms of the specific package purchased.
Package expiration dates, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. We recommend scheduling consultations within the package validity period to ensure full value.

We may update this Return & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email notification when possible.
